Ordering Information
Is there a minimum amount of cards that I have to purchase?
There is no minimum quantity.
What's the largest order size you can handle?
You may order up to 20 cards on our site currently. To place an order above 20 cards,
please call our customer service at 1-801-403-9150 or email us at carol@carolliska.com,
we will be more than happy to assist you.
How long does it take to receive my cards after I order them?
We count the first processing day starting at 12:01 am PST the business day after
your order is placed. Thus, for an order placed at 5:00 pm MTS on Monday, Tuesday
(if it is not a holiday) constitutes the first business day for calculating the
processing time for that order.

Processing time usually takes 4-5 business days to process before shipping. This
does not include shipping transit time.
Will the cards I receive be identical to the ones I see on the website?
The colors may differ a little bit because of the following:
- We try to take all of our card photos with the exact same lighting. But when you
receive your card, you will see it under a different type of light, so the colors
will look a bit different.
- Colors vary slightly depending on the type and configuration of your computer monitor.
All of our cards are handmade. We will cut, glue, stamp, color, and write on them
as close as humanly possible to the photo that you see on the website, but they
will never be identical.
What does my card include?
Each card comes with a matching envelope (70lb paper) and a Carol Liška envelope
seal.
What is the message inside my card?
All cards are blank from the inside. If you want to personalize your card you can
send us a separate email with your order number and the message for each item at
no cost. We're not responsible for checking the grammar or spelling on the message(es)
you send us.

What is your return policy?
We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However
remember that the cards were handmade for you after you requested them. This is
why we cannot reimburse you in full because the time it took us to make your product
cannot be recovered. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please
contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. Original
shipping is not refundable and only store credit will be issued. Customer needs
to pay the shipping to ship the order back. The order must be returned in its original
form and packaging. We reserve the right to reject any exchanges that do not meet
these conditions. All orders with original package will be subject to 20% restocking
fee. We cannot accept returns on personalized products.
